    <summary type="html">To begin this, have sheets and blankets perfectly washed.  Two sessions seem the limit before the next wash with this activity.  Put the blankets over oneself, including face and try to lay there for hours or a sleep cycle.  I reason the face does not experience the warmth other parts do.  Breath is in question as to if this will rejuvinate.</summary>
