Could you give more info about these Mark?

Maybe a way to breath in more prana could be examined though that is what happens with meditation exercises.
Breathing can be substitued for eating in one case reported in "Biography of a Yogi" and the woman who was given the formula said that though it was hard to breath that way it was not impossible.
The exercise was given to her by a yogi after she had prayed for a way not to ruin her new family with her voracious appetite (she was a newlyweed). She practiced it every morning for a few minutes but was told never to divulge it.
There is a picture of her in the book but she looks quite ordinary.

Breathing is good.

Every person I met who wasn't
breathing was also dead. :-)

There are thouseands of methods
depending on the outcome you want,
but the most important one is that we
keep on breathing.

Breathing in the nose and out the mouth is promoted and I think this is good for nose health. Consider though the reverse, in the mouth and out the nose. I think this simply leads to more fuel from the air. Obviously the situation is what to think over and then its just an instinct.
